Turn-key Roller Screen

April 8, 2005 – Metal 7 Inc. completed manufacturing of a small Roller Screen assembled with two conveyors for fines and standard pellets. This compact turn-key equipment has been designed and manufactured for COREM – a Research Consortium focusing on the processing and transformation of minerals located in Quebec City.

Compact Roller Screen is designed for processing of 450 kg of pellets per hour, it
will allow to vary the size of standard pellets from 0 to 16 mm and possesses all advanced features attributed to Metal 7’s Roller Decks:
- chain drive with sealed housing;
- adjustable gaps between Rolls;
- adjustable protective side skirts;
- easy maintenance and reliability.
